Minotaur space marines the lapdogs of the high lords of terra, banned from ultramarine territories for doing there job of killing other space marines.

Carcharodons and the Howling Griffons/Nova Marines. Also remember the illustration of the Silver Skulls always captured my attention as a child.

black dragons, because they are probably the loyal chapter, in that they, fight on whilst suffering from hideous bone growths due to a gene-seed flaw, which they then use to slay the enemies of the emperor, overcoming the sneers and judgments from the other astartes and having an unshakable faith in what they do
